Terms of ServiceAll items comes with 90 days manufacture warranty.
Defective items on arrival will be exchanged. Buyer is responsible for postage ( we do not pay shipping fees ).
Only defective items are eligible for return. Upon receiving item will be check out and if is defective we will exchange it. All non defective items will be discarded or returned to buyer at his or her cost. When returning merchandise back be sure you ship the same item you received from us in it original packaging. We strongly recommend to use delivery confirmation service.
All returns require RMA number. Please, contact us by email for RMA number.
Items without RMA number will be discarded and no exchange or refund given.
Domestic shipping via USPS first class mail.
We ship Mon- Fri excluding legal holidays.
International shipping via USPS First Class International Package with Insurance.
International buyers please, notice arrival time may very from country to country and time of the year ( November and December are usually busiest months ) and it usually takes between 7-45 days and in some rare cases even longer.
Time in transit depends mostly on destination country customs. This is where shipments are hold and wait for clearance. There is nothing we can do to speed up this process. Once the shipment leaves US it can not be tracked electronically and only manual tracer can be requested from USPS. It takes 30 days to find shipment status from the time request has been made.
