All items are ship in 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays. During weekends and holidays Post Office is closed and your order can not be ship.
Yes you can cancel your order if cancellation is made before shipping label is created. Any order canceled after this time will not be allowed. You will be able cancel your order by contacting us and receiving RMA. If you do not open the package you can sent it back for refund. 20% restocking fee will apply for any returned orders. Orders with out RMA will be discarded and no refund or exchange given. For RMA go to contact us page and the link is on the bottom of each page.

Yes, they are 100% original. We are receiving them directly from manufacturer. Those are not QC reject or copy cats. You may see some of those remotes in half price on line but those are QC reject and has been sold to generic part houses. What you pay is what you get.

No. All sales are final. Remote controls are not refundable. If there is something wrong with your new remote we will be glad to exchange it. All remotes are genuine OEM replacements, so you know what you buying.
No they don't. Programing codes and operating instruction comes with owner manual for the unit. Those original OEM remotes does not come with any instruction unless there is some changes made during production.
It vary from country to country and time of the year ( November and December usually are busiest months at postal services and customs ). Time frame is 7-45 days and in some rare circumstances even longer. We ask you to be patience.
First class mail are not electronically track-able since they do not have tracking number only custom number. They can be track in US but once they leave US it become not track-able since most country's do not sent this custom number info back to USPS. Manual tracer can be open with USPS after shipment is not received in 45 days.
Yes, most of the shipments are insured by third party insurance company.
